2) Spider Silk (Bola Spider, 4%), 
3) Scorpion Tail (White Scorpion, 1%), 
4) Piece of Shell (Giant River Turtle, 1%). 

Take these to the Gnome Merchant in the Shallow Jungle for the spell.
